Fremont is one of the nicest organized cities to live in. Although it is not on the peninsula it ic close enough to San Francisco and public transportation is abundant and reliable. Except for a few hot days during the summer this East bay city is a real gem when it comes to the weather. In addition there are ample things to do and see here with the most any outdoor activity within an hours drive or less.
