Tracy is great place

Tracy is great place. Home prices have increased 25.9% over the past year alone and due to it's proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area, there's a very good chance they will keep on climbing. Also Tracy is very centrally located, you are a short drive to San Francisco, the beach or the wonderful snow in Lake Tahoe (during the winter of course).
We have lived here since 1994 and it has grown in size, but there a lot of new businesses coming in because of it. There are also new schools, so no worries there either.
If you are planning on commuting to the Bay Area the drive can be tough depending upon the time of day you go. If you live in Tracy and work in Tracy, you'll love it!
