Beautiful Town but Not the Best for Young Adults

My fiance and I moved here in 2018 shortly after finishing college. I work in Colorado Springs and she works in the Denver area, so Castle Rock was practically our only option. The town is absolutely stunning! I never get tired of seeing the sun set over the mountains, and getting around is much less stressful than it would be in metro Denver. The climate is just about perfect if you are looking for four distinct seasons. However, my fiance has started to get pretty severe nose bleeds due to the dry air. Castle Rock is definitely a family town. We hardly see any other people who look to be our age. I am always blown away when we go up to Denver at how many young people I see there; I am just not used to it anymore. Castle Rock has virtually zero nightlife; almost all of the restaurants, breweries, and bars close very early. The good news is it's not terribly far to Denver so when can always go up there when we get bored. Also as everyone else says, housing costs are very expensive and we believe we are several years away from being able to afford a home here.
