I think your misinformed dear. Maybe East Miramar has properties listed at 200,000 dollars but not in west Miramar! West Miramar homes on average cozy 500,000 and that’s just a basic house with nothing fancy!!!! People here are mostly middle class so they can afford a home with a little bit of a higher price tag. If you check rn on Zillow you’ll find homes for 700,000 and the down fall is that the properties are being sold for top dollar without being renovated since 2008 and in some case even 2004.
