Thinking of making a big move but need help

I've lived all my life in Chicago, Il and am growing quite tired of the violence and the cost of living. I have been doing research all over the U.S. so I can get me and my family out of here and I think I'm liking the Murfreesboro area. The only problem is uprooting and moving away from our family.
