The entire world is addicted to alcohol and drugs, especially the "western" world. Highway patrol are normal except Swansea, SC is really really bad, but they DO NOT request nor accept cash. I paid my fine with a money order. I was charged a whopping $175 for driving 12 miles above speed limit on a 5 lane highway in the middle of a night with not a single soul around in a rush to an airport with a small child and her mom who felt kind of sick and wanted to get back home fast. That was in Swansea, SC. The town enriches themselves that way and build features such as fountains which don't even have benches to sit on. Regarding SC it seems fine in general, much more freedom than in large cities around USA. Regarding humidity Mid SC is only humid after rain for a couple days. The rest of the days are dry and very pleasant. Guns are good for you, to protect your home from pedophiles that move to SC from other areas.
