It's not so hot.

This is my first adventure in the hot humid South and I find it to be just fine. Don't let the heat keep you inside, there are great trails and community walks that are perfectly nice in the mornings or evenings. There are some days when you can't exercise outdoors but go join the new Life Time Fitness and experience in a $30 million health club. This town is great and just keeps getting better.
