Here the quality of life is excellent. We are very close to the ocean.We are near the city of Los Angeles with its multicultural atmosphere.We can enjoy the benefits of living near this metropolis which is a world center of innovation and creativity in the arts.The climate is of the best in America and the world.

I agree with you 100%. Lawndale is a nice place to live taking affordability into consideration. I have lived in the city for 5 years. I have never felt unsafe. They have their own school district, and they are not as good as Torrance unified, but not as bad as Gardena one which is LA unified.
