Mostly gated communities wth golf courses and expensive homes. Driving around, all you can see is walls and gates. It's odd, and I'm not sure how anyone could socialize and be happy here without wealth. Unfortunately the people who live outside those gates are poor, or a part of a very small middle class. There are good white collar jobs available, but there's still a significant affordability gap between salaries and the cost of an average home.
