Did you know that Prescott Valley is getting younger. The median age is 41 years young. The housing market prices are affordable and the new housing market is booming. The small town ambiance is loved by all. Hiking trails, water sports, biking and much more are just some of the outdoor activities that our community offers. I will give you a guided tour when you get ready to visit and buy a home in my hometown.

Debra, I would like to speak with you, or another real estate agent, about purchasing a home in Prescott Valley. I am soon to be retired, recently widowed, and want to leave California and the fires, and PV sounds beautiful, I think I can handle both he colder and hotter months.
