All we can say, after living in the mid-west in various states (Il, IN, Oh, WI, KY), this is the most beautiful by far. The weather is awesome, the people are very friendly, the sun shines almost everyday! There are endless outdoor activities. The housing costs are steep and water short but other than than A+++!
