Brookings Oregon is one of the most beautiful places in the world and has perfect weather. I searched for a retirement home, on the beach, for nearly ten years before discovering the perfect house adjacent to Harris state beach. The incredible views of rainbow rock and the rocky coast combined with an unreal beach are simply breathtaking. Brookings and Harbor have a combined population of approximately 17,000, which makes it the perfect size for a costal community. It has all the stores and restaurants you will ever want and need while maintaining a small town atmosphere. I have travelled all over the world and have been up and down the Italian Mediterranean coast and nothing rivals Brookings Oregon- it’s truly the diamond of the American pacific coast.
