I wholeheartedly agree with David's assessment. Since he posted his comment, transportation has significantly improved. The regional light rail system, DART, services Carrollton with its Green Line, which will eventually go to the DFW International Airport. Another major toll road, the Sam Rayburn is helping people get where they're going. Interstate 35 is getting a major overhaul, with citizen participation all the way along. We have made major investments in the railroad crossings, all of which will soon be Quiet Zones. Walking? Biking? Paddling? Carrollton has apps for that!
