Review of Olympia, Washington

Visiting again in March 07

Another fact finding trip will be underway in March 07. Going to look into properties at the Steamboat Island area. Is there any input about Olympia and Thurston county from locals? The weather will not be a factor. Overcast, cool, and damp is a positive factor in my opinion. Looking to relocate late 07 early 08. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Thurston County residents for your time.
