The cost of living here is amazing, and the variety of food options and community events continue to grow. Downtown Augusta is going through a revitalization phase with the centralized growth of cybersecurity jobs in the area, fueled by the local NSA and Army facilities. An average income here will put you in a top school district and a large new home minutes away from the lake.
