My parents have lived in Joplin for a long time and are moving to a retirement residence. All our family enjoy going to visit in Joplin becuase of the the mild climate, and location close to the Ozarks, Branson, etc. I was just talking with my parents this past week about their home that we just listed for $95,000. I said it would be perfect for a young family! It has 3 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths, a large beautiful back yard, large sun room off the kitchen, a shop and double garage.
