Miami is not a good place for pets! High temperatures and ignorant people = a disaster for animals. Due to the largly high latin culture in Miami, we have plenty of diversity and that is a bonus, but not for animals. People leave them tied up, left outdoors in heat and often abandoned.People here think they are objects and have no concerns for them.

I would say that Miami is a good place for pets. Maybe we just need to educate people more on how to take care of a pets base on population and climate factors.
