2/19/2024Great vacation spot with the best clubs and food. Wynwood and the Miami Design District are the best, just be careful at night. Area tends to jack prices up around certain times.. spring break, summertime etc. Lots of condos, and vacation homes to choose from.

Great Culture and Food, but bad Traffic -
2/19/2024Lots of traffic near the airport at all times. Adds about 1.5 hrs to a 30 min commute. Great food and culture in downtown ATL area.
Yonkers, NY
Close to NYC -
2/18/2024I lived in Yonkers my entire life, close enough to the city with less congestion. Some areas are difficult to access, and you must have a car to get around. There are a lot of cool areas like Ridge Hill, Untermyer Gardens, Downtown Yonkers etc. Very Affordable compared to NYC.
