This site states that Portland OR $5,493 per student.
That's factually incorrect. Not sure where you're getting your data but the actual figure is almost $16,000 per student.
Take the ALL FUNDS budget divided my the ACTUAL number of students. That's how much per student is spent.
This year they have 43,408 students. The budget is $687 MILLION dollars. Do the math.
