re: N.C. is not a good place to live if you have t NC is horrible. The city I live in the my girlfriend's brother assaulted her. She filed a report to the magistrate. The magistrate did not even take action about my girlfriends report. When her father abused her at her former residence and when she called the cops and they went to the house and the cops talked to her about the abuse, the cops didn't even file a police report about the times she was abused. Law enforcement in NC is messed up big time.
