My memories -
10/1/2010I first lived in Pepper Pikes,(a suburb) then in the city, I loved the West Side market. I love the Western Preserved, the folliage in Autum, the incredibly beautiful dowtown library, where I learned English and going to all the festivals: Irish, Polish, Italian, etc. I left in '77 due to the cruel winters, otherwise I'll still be calling Cleveland home!

10/1/2010The beaches are beautiful, the weather is great, superb restaurants, the international flare allow one to meet interesting people, etc. But all that back and forth from the politicians is a way of life in the Florida and in the Miami area politics. It is exhausting,I either change chanels, set the mute button or put on a cartoon cd- All that finger pointing does not help the voter make a sensible choice. I'll still go to the urns, because it is my duty, but I, like probably millions of other voters, will stand there and think ten times before marking the ballot!And probably later regret the choice I made!
