I'm a Realtor in the area. My dog, Wup, is in the picture. She's the smartest dog in the world. She can smell peanut butter two miles away, and she can sense when I'm about to get into a bad mood. She's awesome! Everyone needs a Wup dog!

Great Place to Live - 11/28/2007
I moved to the Triangle in 1993, and into Holly Springs in 1995. It has been fun living here and watching the town grow. When we moved, there were 3,000 people in the town, now we're closing in on 20K. The housing costs are great and most properties are less than 20 years old, there's restaurants and entertainment closeby, and the commute to major work areas isn't too congested. My only wish was that I bought more houses when I moved here. I didn't realize they would appreciate so well!
