Property Crime. - 6/29/2007
Lived there for 18 months. Car was broken into twice, one was an attempted theft. Neighbor's house was broken into. Another neighbor had her garage spray painted. Lots of vandalism in general. All this in one of the "nice" neighborhoods. It's really unfortunate because there are so many nice people there. A lot of the "nicer homes" are located near lower income areas...where I'm sure all my stereo equipment ended up :( Traffic is ridiculous and the 91 freeway is a dead stop most of the time. 100+ temps in the summer. My suggestion - move as close to the 241 Toll-Road as possible, and further away from the Freeway. Get alarms on EVERYTHING...home and car. Don't worry about violent crimes, but there are A LOT of trouble-making teenagers who would love to steal your stuff! Look at the crime stats...relatively low violent crime, and VERY high property crime. All-in-all, I'm glad I moved!
