Good Bang for your Buck - 1/2/2017
I moved to Prescott Valley in 2004. We were able to buy a new 2500 sqft home in an upscale Community for $228,000.00. It has now appreciated to $335,000.00. The same house in L.A. California would most likely cost in the neighborhood of 1.2 Million $. This is a small town but it offers a lot for the mature adult. I would not recommend it for 20 somethings for there is not real night life other than some bars. It has all 4 seasons and a little snow in the winter. If you are moving here from a high priced real estate location you will like what you can get for the price. 15 min from the town of Prescott it offers a lot of pluses. Prescott is nice but much higher priced. The town is old so streets are narrow, and the city council has that if you are not from here don't give us your opinion attitude. Great to visit and then go home to PV (Prescott Valley). An hour from Phoenix if you need the big city. To see homes in the area I would use www.SearchPrescottValley.com
