I am 57 years old, and we will be retiring in a few short years and are considering moving out of this big city. The summer temps are starting to get to us! Fall, winter and spring are the greatest. We have 6 children, living in several parts of the country, so, since we can't be near all of them, we're thinking we may not be near any of them!

Mesa is a good city to raise a family! - 6/30/2009
The outskirts of Mesa may be safer and nicer to live in than the inner city. It is old, with old cheap housing downtown. Some areas are kept up in the downtown areas. A few miles from city center, the neighborhoods are friendly, schools are good and there is a lot of competition in the grocery business. You can get very good prices, if you will watch the sales and shop at more than one store.
