Just had to say, your comment about Coral Square mall is so true. I laughed when I read it. Boca town center all the way.

Parkland life - 12/2/2014
I am only 18 years old, but I have lived here for 10 years, more than half of my life. I attended Riverglades Elementary, Westglades middle, and Marjory Stoneman Douglas high. All the rumors of the "snotty" people who live here are in fact true in many cases. But that is a small price to pay to be able to live in a safe area. There are beautiful homes. They are fun to look at. I live on a side street, but I take the golfcart to the ranches and to different side streets just to look at the beautiful homes. There is a nice trail for biking, jogging, ect right behind my street. Attending school in this city has been okay. I Deffinitely wouldn't say the people are great, I haven't made many connections with my fellow peers. I've had the same 5 best friends for years, most of whom I met in elementary and middle school. Lots of teenagers driving brand new luxury cars (myself included) But I wouldn't say the people are more rude than in other cities. There are rude and crazy people in every city. I feel comfortable going for a walk by myself in parkland. Boca town center is fairly close. It is my favorite mall around here. However, better resturaunts need to be opened around here. But it's so expensive to rent over here, I think that is a main issue for business owners. For south Florida, I would say parkland is one of hw best and safest cities. Not speaking about statistics found online, but just based on pure observation.
