Felton, DE
Felton is not that great -
6/6/2018My husband and I retired to Felton , DE in 2012. We had a house built in an HOA Community because we wanted to make sure that there would be rules to protect us against some of the ugly lifestyles people can have, i.e. guns and burning wood. Three years ago a nightmare neighbor moved next door. It's been hell and we can't afford to pack up and move. Other than that, the taxes are low, the beaches are dirty, Walmart is everywhere and the chance of resperitory diesase is 67%. This is farm country so your breathing a lot of pollution. The health care is not the best either, shortage of good medical professionals. If anyone wants to give Felton a whirl look me up, I'll sell you my house!
