I am also from ABQ and agree with most of your points. My son & I moved away and it was a horrible mistake; we are in the process of moving back, but will live in Rio Rancho or Bernalillo; we also looked in Arizona, but can't find anywhere that is cool (temperature) enough and affordable for us, we can't afford over 150 k for a house. I would like your thoughts on this, please. Thanks, Mary Anne
