New Orleans, could become a great place -
7/12/2008I grew up in New Orleans, and visit very often, its difficult to understand how leaders in that city are able to snowball its citizens so easily, I mean really do nothing leaders. New Orleans could become an awsome place, if industry, and I mean real industry, would come back to the city, and I really mean, Eastern New Orleans.
