6/8/2014I have to agree with you, I would not suggest/advise anyone to move to Panama City, Florida. Housing is costly and does not measure up to its cost in most areas (especially the run-down areas where there is a considerable amount of riff raff with their pants falling down, loud music) wages are low (as are across the country), little to do unless you love the beach, fishing and events with a small-town flair.

6/8/2014One should make several visits to neighborhoods in the area before signing on the dotted line. There can be quite a bit of riff raff (pants falling down, beer drinking accompanied by noise from extreme sound audio systems or the likes) even in the seemingly "just okay" areas. Truth be told the cost to live in these areas can be shockingly out of line.
