Sleepy town -
2/11/2009We moved to Saratoga 2 years ago and we are little bit disappointed. Schools are great but kids almost never play outside although it is VERY safe little town. Neighbors keep to themselves and even during Halloween there would be just a couple of kids here and there trick -or-treating : (((. I was shocked first year when I had only SEVEN kids total knocking on my door !!!??? It is also very sleepy town - nothing to do really. Maybe not surprising since big % of population in Saratoga are retirees.
If you want to live in close knit community with bunch of kids playing and having fun outside - than better skip this otherwise very calm, safe, groomed and expensive area.
