San Antonio, TX

re:
Wow!!! You guys changed my mind!!!

To Jay in Leander, no no NO. Oregon is NOT the answer! Even if SA does suck. Oregon is full of rude people now, even Bend is getting them. Salem imo is the only place thats better and even thats gotten worn down. Salem like SA has a high hispanic population too, maybe thats why I like it.. its old in appearance and more conservative. Going through Salem, in all the stores its very hispanic. But no most in Or seem like yuppies to where I seek out those older towns and cities. SA might just be overload but still , its gotta be better than Portland where I currently am.

Wow man if this doesn't like Portland, I dont know what does! The flakiness in Portland is real bad, SA seems the same, just with a majorit hispanic population. I dont wanna leave PDX to find the same thing, albeit with better weather and food.

San Antonio Full of Jealous and Lazy Peop - 3/27/2020
Seems like this crap happens in Portland too, just with the white guilted women who mix.

SA I swear sounds so much like where I am now, just with hispanics replacing German Americans. And if i wanna leave Portland so bad, SA does NOT sound like the place I wanna be as I move to a city to be in a fkn city, not an ovesized small town.. just an honest review from someone researching.

re:
San Antonio (Truth no one wants to say) - 3/27/2020
I'm not even high educated in the college sense, but SA seems as small minded as Portland Or, a hellhole in its own right I dont wanna repeat in another place. SA seems like its just hispanic natives replacing the arian nazi mentaliti of Portland. I feel like I am reading about the same place, just with more favorable weather and better food.

San Antonio, the town for transplants, no - 3/27/2020
Wow sounds like a more aggressive version of Portland, small minded, insular and all that. Dallas looks to be far and awa the better town.

I got news 4 you.. This is what I look for in a place!

Nashua, NH

re: no reason to live here. it's pretty rough ac - 2/28/2018
I believe part of this actually. Its surprising that Nashua for such a low violent crime rate does have all these things. I'd say overall Nashua is good but my main concern would be the higher income hoity toity types and the tech corridor compromising the area. I wouldn't say its rough really but it looks gritty for sure, mediocre restaurants overall, the food is not way too much to be desired.. a lot of chain restaurants. Its things like that more than the roughness factor of Nashua. I could picture a derelict element there though a bit further than where people shop. Nashua and Manchester both are not much to be desired as well. I learned that I don't want to live in either town. I live in Brookline at this time though and while its an ok town, you can get cabin fever out here so if you're not in Nashua you still may have a few complaints about NH. The weather is very depressing this winter actually. I lived in FL and for its own reasons I didn't like it especially Largo/St Pete. Largo at the very least I thought was as trashy as you said Nashua is with a smaller nothing to it downtown. I'd say Nashua is better than there anyhow but ya, Nashua is getting very expensive, people are snooty, not the friendliest and worse when you go more further up I find. Nashua isn't the unfriendliest or snobbiest, but again it could still be better socially I'd say.

Boston, MA

re: Boston..one of the 10 most overrated cities _
- 2/28/2018
Its so overrated and expensive as a city, you wont see me living there. A lot of New England is high, NH, Vermont, Boston. These other places might as well be extentions of Boston, more than Providence even. The cities going north and areas going north for some reason seem very related to Boston. Boston as a city though no, I couldn't stomach the idea of living there or Dedham or anywhere right by it.. unless I was rich and didn't have to worry about a damn thing but that's a TINY % of the people in actuality. I don't even think Boston has standout pizza either next to some cities.. just Reginas or chains like Papa Ginos and Sals.
