| 10/3/2012 | parent | If you are looking for a middle school where the teachers and principals are just as immature, bullies as the students than this is the school for you! 3 principals who do not communicate with one another or with the parents when there is a problem. They rather cover it up until --- hits the fan and apologize later. The focus of the school are on the troubled, bully and bratty kids while they fail to keep the good students who are there to learn unchallenged and unprotected. If your child loves school do not have him/ her attend camino, don't say I didn't warn you. |
| 5/3/2010 | parent | We moved our daughter out of this school because she has had incident after incident of bullying. The last incident she was targeted by a boy and we felt we couldn't let her go back. There are way too many kids there for the school to be able to adequately protect and educate them. |
| 5/3/2010 | student | I loved most of my teachers when I was there. They were real with us and helped us grow from elementary to middle and prepped us for high school. There are actually a whole bunch more classes there than high school and students will fit right in. My parents were scared for me with the different leaps into a new school but it turns out that those leaps were tiny steps in the grand scheme of things. |
| 5/1/2010 | student | i think this school is awesome!!! it has the most awesome teachers ever!! =) |
| 3/11/2010 | student | I believe that Camino is a great school. They have carring teachers and they try to include everyone. Yes, Camino does have lots of help for the people that need it. Being gifted students they should be able to overcome that obsticle of recieving a little less help. Even though I absolutely love the AES program at Camino. The facilitators are very kind and when you need the challenge you do get it. It may just be in a different form than what you would expect. You can be challenged in many areas not just by the book. It is afterall, a middle school. And a great one at that. |
| 7/20/2009 | student | Well i go to camino real middle school i feel safe and have a lot of fun while learning im in cheer too they have a great program for that |
| 7/18/2009 | parent | I think my student has the best middle school because camino is the cleanest middle in this whole town this school even has special classes and my daughter is going into 7th grade reading 10th grade reading and gets just as much attention as the students! |
| 3/28/2007 | parent | very poor, at Camino they concentrate more on the lower hand than on the gifted students, they don't challenge students, too much emphases is given to sport and less to others. |
| 4/12/2005 | student | This school has a lot of security and the teachers are really educated. They are kind and help the students a lot. |
