2/18/2012parentThe academics at this school are great. My children are getting good grades and encouraged to excel. The no bullying policy actually works, and the teachers are great about not allowing unfriendly behavior from the students. One of my children's teachers is amazing. She cares deeply for each child and it shows. She respects their minds, as well as their hearts. And if I were just reviewing her, this school would receive 5 stars from me. Unfortunately my other child's teacher is not the same. The fact that she's strict doesn't bother me, but she's unloving and lacks the warmth a teacher of a lower grade should have. On every other account though, I really like this school. They are much more advanced than the local public schools in their academics as well. I would certainly put my kids in this school next year, especially knowing that my youngest will not have the 'unloving' teacher next year.
1/9/2011parentMy children have been attending this school now for 6 years. At first I was very inpressed with the staff and the school overall. They have a great way of teaching and are more advance then public school. The last 2 years this school has changed. It's not as friendly as it used t be, there seems to be less of a teacher parent involvement and the teachers seemed stressed. They gave their teahcers a pay cut due to the lack of funds and you can tell that has affected them. They have changed out there office staff and she is not as friendly as the one from before. Mrs Sherman the head of the school is very nice and I love her but the princeple Mrs Cooksly is not friendly and a lot of the kids think she is mean and for this being a christian based school they shouldn't think that of her. I'm sorry to say but as soon as I find and can afford abother school I will be leaving. Sorry
10/17/2010parentPrayer in school just the way it was meant to be!
10/16/2010otherI am impressed by the curriculum and the ability of the teachers. I appreciate how involved the teachers are with their students in and out of school! My niece lives it there!
10/15/2010parentNew Hope is a loving environment with teachers who honestly care about the students they are teaching. The students receive not only the best in education from these teachers, but they are also learning about the Lord's love and the Truth that they need about our Savior Jesus Christ. We couldn't ask for a better blessing than to be a part of this school family!!
10/15/2010parentChildren learn a Christian world view in a loving and challenging atmosphere.
10/13/2010parentGreat staff and teachers who love the kids and care about them and their education. The kids are the best you can find.
10/8/2010parentI love New Hope Christian School because it gives my boys a place to freely learn and talk about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is also an environment that strives to help children succeed academically, but also strives to bring them up to have a firm foundation in strong character and values. The teachers there truly care about each student. This is not just "a job" to the teachers and staff. My boys (and I!) are developing friendships that will likely be lifelong. I am grateful and proud that my children can be a part of New Hope Christian School.
10/8/2010parentAll three of my kids went to New Hope. All kids from different denominations are welcomed and loved there. This is a school that cares about the heart of your child.
10/8/2010parentAwesome teachers, students, families. The ability to worship GOD!!
10/8/2010parentI love the teachers and staff at New Hope. The teaching is wonderful
10/8/2010parentNew Hope Christian School has been a wonderful blessing to us and our children. There is such an awesome atmosphere. My kids love going to school!!!
9/28/2010parentThis is one terrific school! If you are looking for strong academics, a Biblical worldview, and teachers that really love your kids and want them to succeed, then this is the school for you! The tuition is extremely affordable, especially for the quality of education the kids receive. The academics are challenging and each child is encouraged to do their own personal best. Thank God for New Hope!
4/11/2010parentI love this school. The teachers love my kids and teach from a Biblical world view. I love that my children learn there is a Truth, and the academics are excellent.
1/29/2009parentMy children have received a quality education from teachers who truly care about them and their future! The cost of this private school should be ALOT more for all that you receive. All of the teachers and staff know the children by name and they set your children up to succeed, not fail. They have truly been a blessing and encouragement in our lives!
1/30/2008parentThis is an incredible school with a caring and exciting staff. Our daughter has had the opportunity to expand her knowledge with good Christian values. This is a wonderful foundation for her to build her academic carreer on. We moved her from our local elementary school when it became apparent that the 'no child left behind' act disabled the teachers and staff to teach at a low generic level. I reccommend this school very much.
