Living in Moorland, IA is a peaceful experience. The small town atmosphere provides a sense of security and comfort that is hard to find in larger cities. Despite having a population of only 500 people, the community is strong and welcoming, with plenty of local places to explore. The town has two parks, an outdoor swimming pool, and an ice cream parlor which are favorite spots for residents. The streets are lined with mature trees and one can often see families enjoying picnics or playing at the playgrounds. There is also plenty to do throughout the year, from fireworks displays on the Fourth of July to traditional Christmas events in December. Moorland is truly a great place to call home!
