SNOBS! CRAZY MAYOR!! - 2/12/2017
This is the most unfriendly, snobby, "We're better than anyone else" place I've ever seen! And I've seen a LOT of places, in 22 states and 3 different countries!
Because one of the residents didn't get the right permit to add a Sun room to his dock , the MAYOR took a chainsaw and CUT DOWN ALL THE CONSTRUCTION the man had done!
The town council is split between to political "gangs" that are always at odds! One disagreement even ended in a fist fight!
They're so selfish with their lake that the mayor hired a deputy sheriff to catch and arrest one of their neighbors, an old man, for fishing in the lake without paying the fee the mayor set for him. Even though the old fellow lived on the lake, he wasn't inside the town limits. So they wanted him to pay $600.00 to fish in the part of the lake they owned. He refused. So when the old timer drifted into their part of the lake one day, they had him arrested for "CRIMINAL TRESPASSING'!
