Catalina, Arizona is a small town located in the northwest part of the state. The town has a population of just over 6,000 people and offers a unique experience to its visitors. Visitors to Catalina can enjoy the scenic views from the nearby Santa Catalina Mountains, take in some local history at Oracle State Park, or explore the Sonoran Desert on horseback. With so much to do and see in the area, it’s no wonder that people are giving positive reviews about their visit to Catalina. Those who have been there report back that it’s an incredibly beautiful place with plenty of activities to keep them busy. They also appreciate the friendly locals and small-town charm that makes this community so special. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway off the beaten path, Catalina is definitely worth considering!

The Catlaina area (Saddlebrook / Oro Valley) was wonderful back in the 1970's and 1980's. As is typical with AZ, Developers ruined the community and problems are a reflection of over-developed areas. Poor public transportation and the cities' typical hiring of "consultants" who are actually thieves, is disgusting.
