Excerpts from User Reviews:

Beauty & Charm... - 7/24/2019
This town is beautiful and charming and we have called it home for 6 years. With the backdrop of the Santa Rita mountains, plenty of hiking, picnicking and camping in Madera Canyon, cycling for all ages, low traffic, nice parks for people and pets, manicured town roads, plenty of shopping to keep you local, a safe environment with minimal crime, planning requirements that result in consistent and suitable buildings and great friendly people. We love it! I see this town as the place to live, work and play. Read More

Cheap place to live, IF you can find a job - 1/5/2012
In comparison to CA, everything is far less expensive. Homes are available at reasonable prices, gas is $0.50 to $0.70 less per gallon than CA, even groceries run about 75% of cost in CA. The only pitfall has been trying to find gainful employment. If you are in the computer or DOD field, I am sure you would have far better luck at finding employment than I have in the manufacturing Read More

IT'S OK! - 12/6/2010
Rancho Sahuarita is beautiful and great but not a very good place for young adults without children. This is a very family oriented community. Neighbors are not very friendly here but has great trails for walking, biking and taking the kids out. Just not for people like me. I also wouldn't raise a kid here, heard the schools are not that Read More

Awesome Town! - 9/23/2010
Sahuarita was a small (1500) town, but has boomed in the last 10 years (24,000). Wonderful places to live and raise a family, or retire. Check it Read More

Sahuarita Life and Weather - 7/26/2007
Sahuarita AZ seems to be slightly cooler than Tucson. Since it's about 20 miles south of the city life runs a little quieter and is much more Read More

Rancho Sahuarita - 3/1/2006
I love this community. It is very family oriented environment. We live in a development stuctured around family. We have a club house, water park, lake, tons of parks for the kids and walking trails. The landscaping is done very nice so it always looks green and clean (even in the desert). I am from Germany so I miss the green and clean from my home. I didn't think my alergies would be as bad as they are here though. Oh well can't have it Read More
