worst place to live Coal Hill Arkansas - 2/27/2019
it gets worse by the day and i lived here for 10 years ,cops not your best friend , so stay your distance or make an enemy, This is not city but a pit in road ,no bank it closed, gas station, Dollar General and that it ,the water bill in this town is higher than most places ,average is 100.00 late fee 15.00 streets get paved by state not Coal Hill , We always get different cops ,and the ones that do stay do nothing but find a reason to ticket you but ever person knows that if you lived here long enough , we got two sex offender one in looking distance of park the other in walking distance of the school ,the restaurant we got is eat up with roaches , i got food their and they was crawling out of bag ,never went back ,the mayor you can never talk to him ,and not even on the phone , you got to sign up for the meeting, good luck , to me the town is corrupt ,we had plenty of grant money for Clinic ,that was 4 years ago so where did money go ,taxes are higher in Coal Hill ,the school
