I checked the inmates in ADC's that are from Perry County and it shows that
19 are there for Drug offences, 11 for Theft, 6 for Sex crimes, 6 for Assualts, and 6 for murder. I live in Perry County and I can atest to the fact that Drugs and Theft are a major problem. I know that drugs a problem everywhere, the problem is that there are less people in Perry County and the Drug problem is so concentrated
