I see you gave Plainview water system a rating of 91 out of 100,I live in Plainview and I would rate it about 5 out of 100. The water here is the worst I've ever seen,you can't even drink it 4 months out of the year,cant even wash clothes in it. It's also priced higher than most water in Arkansas.
