Chico's plusses and minuses - 7/25/2005
I like Chico. It's a beautiful college town place and great for walkers and bikers. Inexepensive living by California standards is great for college students, disabled and retired people. Not too good for working people because jobs are scarce and pay is low. Unless you are a college professor or are in the medical field. There are lots of trees and hot summers which both are unusual for California
