We moved here from SF and love it.

Pros:
1. Excellent Climate secondary to Bay Influence.
2. Green Valley is beautiful; with a nearly 700 acre park in the middle.
3. Schools are great
4. Close proximity to Oakland and SF - leave your car in Concord or Walnut Creek and BART into city.
