Kentfield not what is once was - 5/17/2019
Having grown up in the Kentfield area in the 60's through early 90's, I have seen the changes when I return. It is a beautiful place, but the housing is 10 times the national average and California has not identified something that it does not want to tax or regulate. 50% of California's revenue comes form 150,000 individuals. If 10,000 leave, the state will be in dire straits. Some would never leave California, I have lived in many parts of the US and my quality of life and ease of saving for retirement has been so much easier living elsewhere.
