“Lake Los Angeles” is a horse property community with lot sizes from .5 acres to 1.25 acres. This is a small community built on 4000 acres surrounded by many miles of open country, about 20 miles from any town. There is an elementary and middle school, MA PA store, a drive thru dairy, 3 restaurants, and 1 Real Estate office, ours. This is very rural, most all homes are spec built with a few owner builds, mostly entry level homes - No formal tract built homes here. The lots here were subdivided and sold in the 1960s to 1970s.
