Long Time Resident Review of Perris, CA - 12/3/2022
I've lived in Perris since 1980 and it's changed from a small town of farmers to a city of almost 80,000 people. I'll mention the changes a bit down in my review.
Perris is located very near I 215, and with that convenience we deal with lots of traffic to and from San Diego, Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. We also have quite a few warehouses, with more being built every day. The truck traffic can be a problem during certain times of the day, but traffic is just a fact of life in California. You learn to deal with it and figure out the best times to travel without too much traffic.
You really can't beat the convenience of being next to a major interstate and being just an hour or so from so many attractions like Universal Studios, DisneyLand, Sea World, the world famous San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, not to mention all the beaches and other attractions we are so lucky to have in Southern California. We also have the beauty of Big Bear

Don't believe any bad reviews or opinions about Perris those people have never been to Stockton El Cajon Long Beach Oakland or central LA with higher levels of crime, those with bad opinions base them on demographics and are out of their element there are poor areas and areas with large expensive homes and brand new homes Perris is actually a HUGE area with only 70000 people it just needs more shops and restaurants
Lived in Perris 13 years and there is no crime in our beautiful neighborhood nice friendly neighbors walking everywhere it's just hot here like all the desert communities but when it's not summer it's perfect the rest of the
