Hate Marin! Hate San Anselmo! - 5/9/2015
I've lived here for over forty five years and I can't wait to leave! The cost of living is ridiculous and, though the statistics about population growth always appear minimal, this is the place where you can spend half an hour stuck in an endless stream BMW RUVs, just trying to drive one mile. Marin is over priced and over privileged, sweltering under thick cloud of entitlement. Considering first mortgage, second mortgage and property taxes, our housing cost is between $7,000 and $8,000 per month. That's a high percentage of our monthly income, and when we think about saving for retirement (which the high housing cost has made nearly impossible), it's not pretty Read More
