We just moved here from Los Angeles. Small quiet place with huge brand new houses. A lots of parks, shopping and this place is still growing. Yes, farms smell, but it's better than LA cars gas, 3hrs LA traffic. Read More

San Jacinto CA not good for everyone but.... - 1/16/2012
well i agree with all of you, some people are rude but i notice that is the younger generation (under 25)i moved here about a year ago and yes it sucks because there are no jobs and the places hiring will not pay you more than $11hr on average; the newer homes are huge and you can't beat the price, most people would not be able to get a home as big for the money in any major city. its quiet, nice views and has that small town feeling but you can still go to SD, Riverside, OC with in 1 hour. Perfect place to raise a family. about 80% of residents commute to SD Riverside or LA area every day, and its just the price we pay. its a nice family oriented town that will grow a lot in the next 10 years

we are soooo sorry we moved here .... this place is not what it seems ... the town has no work the city council and mayor need to get a grip.... this town needs work and I do not mean the work for the people that are not leagle here. the can't even fix a road right. if you look around here and look in mexico you will see the same streets.so they hire cheap work ,that is what we get cheap work.... and workers that do not speak english. and do not know how to fix a road so there is no work for the people that are legally here, and know how to do the job right the first time .
if you have to do a job 2 or 3 times it is not cheap....

when we can leave this place we will leave asap. like most of the people here from 2004 and after we where sold a bill os bs..... the only thing this place has is a lieing web site do not come here until chang is made for Read More

I've lived in San Jacinto for 10 years, and I love it out here. It's refreshing to be out here compared to a big city. It's family-oriented,and you feel peace here. The San Jacinto mountains are beautiful. You don't have to go very far to get where you need to go. The population is going up now,but it's not over-crowded.It's a great place to raise a family.Diamond valley Lakes is a great new thing for families; it's a waterpark=picnic area, with many fun things to do for adults and kids,of every age. There's an outdoor playhouse at the Ramona bowl that has different cultural, and history plays, and a variety of others, too from San Jacinto college. Some schools here are rated the highest in the nation. For those who like to, golf courses here, also.Over all, the people are really nice here, and are very down to earth. There's a lot of wonderful churches, too. There's even a small airport.
Anyway,I think it's a great place to live. It's hard to completely put it into words but there's a Read More
