Last summer we had more than a week of triple digits and we just can't play outside when it's that hot. But it's quiet and rural. I have been here 25 years. this town had no stop lights when we first moved here. now there's 6. meaning the population is booming. positives are that you have rural living without being to far from what you need. plus Sacramento is about 30 miles away. tahoe is 70 miles.
