Cascade, Colorado Great quality of life! - 8/28/2008
300 days of sunshine, 4 seasons, clean air & water. We have great schools and great views, lots of recreational opportunities,more progressive people in the little towns & neighborhoods west of the larger city of Colorado Springs. Easy commute times to the downtown Colorado Springs area & Denver is about 1.25 hours away.
While we can have warm days even in January we do have springtime snows - sometimes into April (but they melt away in 1-2 days. Summer and fall are near perfection!Great climate for home solar Read More
